PERSONAL LEADERSHIP
Start date: contact us for the next session!
Good leaders renew and reform. Developing personal leadership means that participants come to know themselves better and strengthen their individual abilities and leadership characteristics, including their vision, strong- and not-so-strong competencies, style, passion, and values, among other abilities. Furthermore, they are helped in utilising this development as effective leaders so that they can implement it in their own organisation. The Zenger–Folkman Extraordinary Leadership Programme, and its unique 360-degree feedback process is part of this course.
This course comprises two parts and lasts nine months; each month includes a training day, and there is a closing session that consists of 12 half-day sessions (study points: 5 ECTS).
